TCM prescriptions are billed via supplementary insurance. Most supplementary insurances cover the costs. To be on the safe side, ask your health insurance company whether it covers the costs of TCM phytotherapy.
You must pay the invoice directly to us. Then send the 'Reimbursement voucher' section of the invoice together with a copy of your prescription to your supplementary insurance company. Both receipts are enclosed with our delivery to you.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our invoices always go to the patients, never directly to health insurance companies or insurers, as we do not know which insurance model the patients have.
The basic insurance pays doctors with a TCM licence for their own services, for example acupuncture or the issuing of a herbal prescription. Unfortunately, it does not pay for the herbs themselves. The herbs may be paid for by the patient's supplementary insurance.
